Meet the counsellor
Garima Sinha
My journey into counselling grew naturally from my interest in understanding how children think, feel and express themselves. I have been working for over 19 years with children, young adults and their parents, supporting them in navigating both academic and emotional challenges.
I believe emotional well-being lies at the heart of a child’s development. When young people feel understood and supported, they are better able to build meaningful relationships, make thoughtful decisions and experience a sense of purpose and fulfilment.
With a background in Counselling Psychology and training in art-based approaches, I use a blend of evidence-based and creative methods, adapting each session to the individual, through conversation, reflection or creative expression, based on what best supports their needs.
Through Tarang Wellness, I am committed to creating a safe, non-judgemental space where children, young adults and parents feel heard and supported, with sessions available in both English and Hindi.
Our Vision
Life is like a wave – a series of highs and lows, much like the patterns we see on an electrocardiogram. To navigate these ups and downs, we need to learn how to ride the waves with strength and grace. This requires physical and mental stamina, with the body and mind working in harmony to help us embrace all of life’s experiences.

Our services support young individuals in navigating social, emotional and behavioural challenges, while working closely with parents to help them understand, connect with and effectively support their child. We also provide meaningful guidance for academic and career decision-making. Our mission is to nurture emotional well-being, build resilience and empower every young person along with their families, to lead a fulfilling life.
